Anatomy & Physiology

Specially written for the College this course is quite different from other courses offered by the college as it is textbook based.

As well as the textbook the student receives a comprehensive guide full of exercise and revision questions. The course is an exciting new format.

This subject is essential for all natural therapists which is why, as one of the Health Science subjects, it is a compulsory unit within the Advanced Diploma. Students who have no background in the health sciences should not be deterred by this subject as every topic is explained from basic principles.

The table below is an indication of the topics covered, which takes one year of part time external study, although the student may alter this rate to suit their lifestyle and commitments.

The 30 modules require an average of 10 hours study each. They are divided into three 10 week terms of 10 modules each term. This subject must be completed within 12 months.
